Information we collect
Contact form. If you send us a message through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide (in addition to phone number if you have provided that). Our form software also records technical details with each submission, such as your IP address and browser type, to help us manage spam.
Website usage. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, such as which pages are viewed and for how long. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device type, and browser. We use this only to improve the site. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings.
Spam protection. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How we use your information
Contact form information is used only to read and respond to your message. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees your information
Messages are seen only by church staff or volunteers who manage our inbox. We rely on service providers to run this website, including our web host, ASPNIX, and Google (for analytics and reCAPTCHA). We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
Third-party content and links
Embedded video. This site includes a short video which has been edited from our YouTube channel. When you play it, YouTube (a Google service) may set cookies and collect information about your viewing, according to its own privacy policy.
Links to other sites. We link to Google Maps for directions and to our Facebook page and YouTube channel. Once you leave our site, those services’ own privacy policies apply, and we do not control how they use your information.
Online giving
Our “Give” button takes you to Vanco, a third-party payment provider. Donations are processed entirely by Vanco, and we do not collect or store your payment card or bank information on this website. Please see Vanco’s privacy policy for how it handles your information.
How long we keep your information
Contact form messages stored on our website are deleted at least once a month. Copies of messages sent to our email inbox are kept until at least until we have responded. We may delete it after one year.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
