Community Events

Throughout the year, we gather to enjoy fellowship, celebrate the seasons, and build connections with our neighbors. Here are just a couple examples of community events we’ve hosted in the past.

Everyone in our congregation and the surrounding community is welcome to join us! Check our calendar for upcoming events.

Annual Tag Sale

Each year, our dedicated volunteers spend weeks receiving, sorting, and pricing a wide variety of donated items for our annual tag sale.

The sale draws many community members looking for quality items at affordable prices. It’s a wonderful opportunity for our congregation to raise funds while offering our neighbors a wide selection of items at great prices.

More than a sale, it’s a chance to bring our community together. We’re grateful to everyone who donates, volunteers, and shops, helping make this annual tradition a success year after year.

Annual Pumpkin Sale

Three tiered wooden step filled with pumpkins and gourds, ready for purchase.

Since 2024, our annual Pumpkin Sale has brought the colors and traditions of fall to our church community. For three weeks each autumn, about 1,000 pumpkins and gourds fill our grounds with a wonderful variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. Growers in New Mexico, working in partnership with the Navajo Nation, raise the pumpkins and send them our way. Their work connects our local community with growers and families far beyond our own neighborhood.

The Pumpkin Sale also brings our community together. Church members and local high school students from Bristol Eastern, Bristol Central, and St. Paul come together to unload the delivery truck and create the pumpkin display. Their teamwork makes the sale a simple but meaningful way to gather, serve, and welcome our neighbors.

We’re grateful for every opportunity to bring people together, serve our neighbors, and share the joy of community. Whether you join us for the tag sale, pumpkin sale, or another special event, we look forward to welcoming you. We hope to see you soon!
